THE LEE HOUSE

Our air-conditioned THE LEE HOUSE is, together with our smaller THE GREEN HOUSE, located in a quite neighborhood of istrian village Peroj with privat parking spots. In our big mediterranean garden you can relaxe, do yoga, meditate ect. Your privat whirlpool welcomes you to enjoy the warm evenings with a cold drink out of your own fridge. On your terrace you can serve food out of the full furnished kitchen with oven, microwave, coffeemaschine, water boiler and dishwasher or use the barbecue.

With a double bed room, extra two bed room, kitchen-living room with sofa-sleeper, separated spot for your dog(max.2), bathroom with toilet and shower, free WIFI, washing machine and a 42“ TV you will not miss a thing and feel like home. The managment is separated housed on the same property.

Within 10 minutes' walk to the sea and 10 minutes drive to the city Fazana you will find Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets and the local Touristoffice. Famous national park Brijuni can be visit via boat during the day.

A 12km biketrail along the cost and walking routes around the area will lead you to quite places with local Flora and a amazing sunset view.

Other places like Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Vodnjan, Barbariga, ect. can be reached by car within 30 minutes.

Peroj (Italian: Peroi) is a village in the Vodnjan municipality on the south-western coast of Istria, Croatia. Peroj originally dates back to the Copper age of prehistory, as testified by a necropolis within the old walls of the town. The town has been settled with families from a variety of origins throughout its history. During the occupation of the Romans, the town was named Pedrolo, and was a popular holiday destination.

Naselje Peroj, smješteno na jugozapadnoj obali južne Istre s prekrasnim pogledom na Fažanski kanal i Brijunski arhipelag, udaljeno je desetak kilometara od 3000 godina stare Pule i pet kilometra od Vodnjana. Peroj je prethistorijsko naselje koje je već u doba Rimljana bio poznato ljetovalište PRAETORIOLUM ili CASALE PETRIOLO, što je vidljivo iz zaključaka sa Rižanske Skupštine iz 804. godine. Arhitektura stare jezgre podsjeća na ostala istarska mjesta sa starim kamenim kućama s baladurima i kamenim klupama. Još 1197. spominje se na ovom mjestu naselje pod imenom Pedrol.

Peroj se snažno i kontinuirano urbanizira i usmjeren je k razvoju turizma, nudi veliki broj smještajnih kapaciteta u privatnim kućama i vilama izgrađenima na čitavom području do Barbarige gdje je sagrađeno veliko turističko naselje.
