THE GREEN HOUSE

Our air-conditioned THE GREEN HOUSE is, together with our bigger THE LEE HOUSE, located in a quite neighborhood of istrian village Peroj with privat parking spots. In our big mediterranean garden you can relax, do yoga, meditate, ect. Your privat whirlpool welcomes you to enjoy the warm evenings with a cold drink out of your own fridge. On your terrace you can serve food out of the full furnished kitchen with oven, microwave, coffeemaschine, water boiler and dishwasher or use the barbecue.

With a double bed room, separated kitchen, living room with sofa-sleeper, separated spot for your dog(max.2), bathroom with toilet and shower, free WIFI, washing machine and a 42“ TV you will not miss a thing and feel like home. The managment is separated housed on the same property.

Within 10 minutes' walk to the sea and 10 minutes drive to the city Fazana you will find Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets and the local Touristoffice. Famous national park Brijuni can be visit via boat during the day.

A 12km biketrail along the cost and walking routes around the area will lead you to quite places with local Flora and a amazing sunset view.

Other places like Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Vodnjan, Barbariga, etc. can be reached by car within 30 minutes.

Peroj (Italian: Peroi) is a village in the municipality of Vodnjan on the south-western coast of Istria, Croatia. Peroj originally dates back to the Copper Age of prehistory, as witnessed by a necropolis within the old walls of the town. The town has been settled with families from a variety of origins throughout its history. During the occupation of the Romans, the town was named Pedrolo, and was a popular holiday destination.

The Peroj village, located on the southwestern coast of southern Istria with a beautiful view of the Fažana Channel and the Brijuni Archipelago, is about ten kilometers from 3000 years old Pula and five kilometers from Vodnjan. Peroj is a prehistoric settlement which was already known as PRAETORIOLUM or CASALE PETRIOLO at the time of the Romans, as can be seen from the conclusions of the Rižanska Skupština from 804. The old core architecture resembles other Istrian sites with old stone houses with baladers and stone benches. In 1197 more mention was made of this settlement called Pedrol.

Peroj is strongly and continuously urbanized and focuses on the development of tourism, offering a large number of accommodation facilities in private houses and villas built in the whole area to Barbariga where a large tourist resort was built.
